Comedian, musician and radio host, Filippo Spreafico is Italy's wildest comedy export.

A lot of mystery surrounds his training and whereabouts. Sources say he travelled extensively across Europe, exploiting legal loopholes that allowed him to reside in three places at once. Onlookers reported seeing him meditating in the Jain tradition in Korea. Multiple Berlin residents shockingly claim he was their maid.

What we know is that thoughout these travels, sometimes at the border of his waking life, he was touched by the many ways of humankind.

What we also know is that, through his countless encounters, each person being a smoky mirror to the other, he made lasting friendships with people from all walks of life.

But what we really do know is that his surreal, irreverent comedy style was forged by lightning, and it is a joy to behold.

Performing in both English and Italian, he has appeared on Comedy Central Italy and Italy's national broadcaster, RAI, and regularly tours Italy, Europe and the UK.

Nasco in riva al lago, trasportato dal nevischio invernale prealpino circondato da aroma di casseruola e coniglio selvatico. Cresco in adorazione delle montagne, la loro fissità nasconde un gioco di perpetua metamorfosi, dai quali scendevano fiumi di latte intero UHT.

Lavoro come spazzacamino di una centrale idroelettrica, fino a che vengo notato da un talent scout di Brianza. Da lì, nel giro di pochi mesi, coordino una cordata che mi porterà a capo di una band post-punk apocalittica. Anni dopo, a Parigi, l'incontro che mi cambierà la vita: uno specchio vicino alla Gare de Lyon. Seguirà un alternarsi di fortuna e rovina mentre giro il mondo su voli charter, navi bastimento, scooter aerospaziali; questo peregrinare troverà il suo apice nel conoscere me stesso, anche se temporaneamente, infatti dopo anni persi il mio passaporto.

In molti non crederanno a quello che viene detto loro riguardo allo stato del mondo, ma soprattutto, riguardo loro stessi. Io, di mio, lo sono.

Filippo Spreafico è un comico, musicista e presentatore radiofonico. Il suo stile surreale, irriverente e fulmineo, è una vera delizia per gli occhi. Formatosi chissà dove (nessuno davvero lo sa), si esibisce sia in inglese che in italiano, ed è apparso su Comedy Central Italia e sulla RAI, e tiene regolarmente tournée in Italia, in Europa e nel Regno Unito.
